Obituary of James George Randall
Mr. James G. Randall, 41, of Hesville Road, Fort Plain, NY, died unexpectedly on January 18, 2025, outside his home.
He was born in Little Falls, NY on June 2, 1983, the son of James J. Randall and the late Tina Marie Frenya LeRoy.
James had attended Fort Plain and Amsterdam Schools.
As a teenager, he started working for Frank at Mohawk Valley Masonry, where he learned many skills and talents that he would carry with him for the rest of his career. He later worked as a general contractor, then for Robert at Glimmerglass Pools, eventually working as a self-employed owner and operator of Top Notch Masonry, and most recently Randall's Home Improvements.
He was of Christian Faith. In High School, he enjoyed boxing and football. More recently he has enjoyed Softball, hunting, and fishing.
James was predeceased in death by his son, Josiah Micah Randall, on July 10, 2002; his mother Tina Marie LeRoy, on October 8, 2018, maternal grandfather George Frenya; and paternal grandfather Arnold Randall.
Survivors include his fiance Braylynn Fahy; his father James J. Randall and stepmother Arlene; daughter Briannah Rose Randall; Sons Dylan James Randall, Noah George Arnold Randall, Micah James Randall; sisters Tania LeRoy and Amanda Carpenter; brothers Terry J. LeRoy, Christopher LeRoy, Anthony Delgado; maternal grandmother Barbara Frenya; paternal grandmother Madaline Randall; sister in law Gerricka Fahy; many good friends, including Paulie Clayburn, Joe Sweet, Bill Jones, Lena "Beans" Neet-Marsh, Shawn Clemons, Derek Meka, and Matt Snyder; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be private.
Burial will take place in the spring at Fort Plain Cemetery.
